Warehouse Associate / Packer – Raleigh, NC


We're looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate / Packer who isn't afraid of hard work and takes pride in doing the job right. This is a hands-on role packing everything from small parts to large, heavy, and fragile equipment. You'll spend your day building pallets, wrapping products with bubble wrap, using expanding foam packaging, and scanning inventory. This can be a messy job at times, so you need to be comfortable working with packing materials and staying on your feet all day. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and like staying busy, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $18-$19/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Raleigh, NC


Position Summary


  • Pick, process, and pack customer orders for shipment.
  • Package products using bubble wrap, expanding foam, and other protective materials.
  • Build and prepare freight pallets for larger shipments.
  • Verify serialized inventory and ensure the correct items are selected and packed.
  • Inspect products and packaging to maintain quality standards.
  • Support daily packing and shipping operations.
  • Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately enter inventory data and order information into warehouse computer systems.
  • Use shipping software and warehouse management systems to process shipments.
  • Follow shipping procedures, packing specifications, and safety guidelines.
  • Safely handle small, large, heavy, and fragile products.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workstation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Meet productivity goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, packing, or shipping experience with good work history
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry and inventory system experience.
  • Strong math, counting, and inventory accuracy skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
  • Comfortable standing and moving throughout the entire shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move products of varying sizes and weights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and verifiable work history.
  • Strong focus and concentration when handling serialized inventory and customer orders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with shipping software and warehouse management systems.
  • Experience with order fulfillment, repackaging, and pallet building.
  • Comfortable handling high-value and fragile inventory.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Proven dependability, attendance, and work ethic.
  • Forklift or warehouse equipment experience is a plus.
