Shift: 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

About the Role

ODRA is seeking a Warehouse Assistant (Warehouse Associate / Material Handler) to support and strengthen daily warehouse operations at our facility. This handson role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and keeping things moving in a fastpaced environment.

You won't just be moving parts, you'll play a critical role in shipping and receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment, ensuring materials and components are handled with precision so production and delivery stay on track.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments (shipping and receiving)
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders (order picking / order fulfillment)
  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
  • Sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
  • Operate warehouse equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Work closely with production and logistics teams to meet daily priorities

What You Bring

  • Previous experience as a warehouse associate, warehouse worker, or material handler
  • Proficiency in order picking, packing, and general warehouse operations
  • Experience operating forklift and/or order picker (required)
  • Ability to safely load and unload materials while following safety standards
  • Familiarity with inventory systems, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing orders and inventory control
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Texas driver's license (or equivalent)
  • Ability to operate a full-size pickup truck and trailer
