Inspector/Packer

QPS Employment Group has a great Inspector/Packer position available at a company in Pacific, MO. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire.

Inspector/Packer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Inspect finished products for defects, damage, or quality issues according to company specifications.
  • Accurately sort, count, and package products for shipment.
  • Ensure packaging meets quality, safety, and labeling requirements.
  • Identify and report defective materials or products to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and production procedures.
  • Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with other production or warehouse tasks as assigned.

Inspector/Packer Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Prior manufacturing, inspection, or packing experience a plus (not required).
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic math and counting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs. (as applicable).
