Managing these challenges requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Many employers provide additional training and support, and teamwork becomes especially important to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Staying proactive, communicating clearly with supervisors, and taking short breaks when possible can help packers maintain productivity and reduce stress during these busy periods.
