Job description

Production Packers/Assemblers

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Packers/Assemblers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality standards and an organized work environment. This is a fast-paced position that requires efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:45AM-3:30PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull, pack, and label products according to specific instructions and order requirements
  • Stack and organize goods into appropriate containers for shipment
  • Ensure all packages are properly packed, sealed, and ready for distribution
  • Count and verify items to maintain accurate order fulfillment
  • Remove completed or defective products and place them in designated areas or on conveyor systems
  • Maintain organization of products to ensure accessibility and efficiency
  • Monitor product quality and report any issues, damages, or discrepancies
  • Meet daily production and customer order deadlines

Equipment & Safety:

  • Operate warehouse equipment such as dollies, pallet wrappers, palletizers, and electric pallet jacks
  • Follow all manufacturing best practices and safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment at all times

Additional Duties:

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in packing, assembly, or a manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
