Your Role
As a Sales Consultant, your mission is to drive growth by uncovering customer needs and crafting packaging solutions that add real value. You'll:
  • Build and expand a portfolio of business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Act as a trusted partner to customers, helping them navigate packaging challenges with tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal experts and our build team to deliver innovative, customer-focused results.
  • Guide customers through the process-from concept to final product-ensuring an outstanding experience every step of the way.

Your Background & Experience
  • A genuine passion for helping customers grow through partnership and collaboration
  • A track record of business development success and a sense of urgency to achieve results
  • Strong critical thinking skills and self-starter mentality
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage accounts and pipeline
