What You'll Do as a Packaging Operator:
  • Properly handle packages, rework, WIP, and frozen
  • Pack pops with speed and accuracy
  • Communicate effectively and ask questions when needed
  • Report any mistakes found, regardless of who made them
  • Verify correct packing materials throughout the shift
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately
  • Follow all safety protocols, GMPs, and SOPs
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and collaborate with the production team
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager 
What You Need to Bring to the Packaging Operator Role:
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sources of potential harm, and proper PPE use
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Attention to detail, problem?solving skills, and good communication
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast?paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
