Job description

The selected International Supply Chain Program Manager candidate will be a high energy, results-driven individual who will play a key role in launching international vehicle programs with Stellantis affiliates, JVs, Third Parties and/or launching North American programs utilizing parts from Stellantis affiliates in other Regions.
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic segment of the Supply Chain Management Organization. Our mission is to enable the export and import of powertrains, components, and CKD material between and within Stellantis regions to leverage investment, global capacity management, and speed-to-market.
The International Supply Chain Program Manager position is responsible for the management and coordination of components (common and modified) sold to/purchased from Stellantis affiliates, JVs and Third Parties within the Inter Regional Flow (IRF) Model. This position provides the selected candidate with opportunities to grow their program management and leadership skills and enhance their cross-functional and cross-regional network.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in the automotive, OEM, or similar industry
  • Cross-functional experience in Supply Chain Management, Material Logistics Management, or similar disciplines
  • Prior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teams
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or an MBA
  • Experience with Stellantis systems (Change Management, Capacity, Logistics, International Packaging, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Supply Chain)
  • Plant operations experience
