Take ownership of complex custom retail packaging programs for a growing organization supporting major consumer-facing brands.

We are hiring a hands-on Senior Project Manager who can take projects from sales handoff and initial specifications through factory sampling, production, logistics, invoicing, and final delivery. You will work closely with clients, sales representatives, international factories, and internal operational teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for a packaging professional who enjoys running the show, solving problems, and managing multiple moving parts.

• Client communication and follow-up throughout the order lifecycle
• Factory sampling, approvals, quality standards, tolerances, and production schedules
• Coordination with factories throughout APAC and Mexico

• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, calculations, analysis, and reporting
• Client-facing communication and relationship-management experience
• Team leadership, coaching, delegation, and performance-management experience
• Ability to manage competing deadlines without losing attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Merchandising, or a related field

Experience with Monday.com, Jira, Microsoft Project, Project Server, VersionOne, or similar tools is highly valued. Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop experience is a plus.

Who Will Succeed

A proactive, independent, detail-driven professional who is comfortable wearing multiple hats. You should be resilient, collaborative, accountable, and confident communicating with clients, sales professionals, senior leaders, and factory partners.

Compensation and Schedule

• $75,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience
• Hybrid schedule: three days in the Richardson office and two days remote
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) with company match
