Assistant Facilities Operations Manager

Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of corporate buildings, ensuring a clean, safe and well-maintained environment.

  • Lead and develop Facilities teams, including Dock Services, Mail Services and Facilities Assistants and Attendants.

  • Partner with Facilities leadership to hire, develop and retain a high-performing team.

  • Manage vendor relationships, event set ups and facilities projects as needed.

  • Inspect facilities regularly, quickly addressing issues to maintain high standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of facility operations or management experience.

  • Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Occasional travel to Uline's North American locations.
