Job description

RSC2 is currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our growing team inFort Meade, Maryland!
Responsibilities:
  • Manages the Program Management Office (PMO) administrative/financial staff and functions.
  • Administrative/financial staff and functions.
  • Administers contract modifications and subcontracts. Coordinates with management and technical staff to ensure work performed meets contractual specifications.
  • Manage procurement, physical security and badging, vendor and supplier relationships, IT Security, and subcontractor management functions.
  • Serve as OCI Avoidance Officer. Analyzes estimates of service, material, equipment, and production costs.
  • Interfaces with external customers and management to communicate status.
  • Submits required reports on financial activity, Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), and all other reports, plans, notifications, and forms as required.
  • Remains current on regulations, laws, procedures, and procurement policies to effectively negotiate contract modifications with the Government and subcontracts.
  • Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, techniques and objectives for Safety and QA across the contract.
  • Serves as a Deputy to the Program Management and acts as a backup to the PM when not available for redundancy.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • TS/SCI with Full-Scope Poly
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or technical field
  • 4 years of direct relevant experience in lieu of education
  • Experience:

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $114,739 to $275,760 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position. This position is contingent upon contract award and government funding.
