Job description

Now, weโ€™re entering a new phase of growth and are looking for aRevenue Operations Manager to run core commercial operations across bookings, revenue support, reporting, and product administration. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, this handsโ€‘on individual contributor will ensure critical processes are accurate, timely, scalable, and supported by reliable data.

The role partners with Sales, Finance, Product, Manufacturing, Customer Success, and business systems teams to translate business needs into clear workflows, resolve operational exceptions, and improve how work moves across functions.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Support weekly pipeline and forecast reviews by monitoring sales opportunities for hygiene, stage progression, forecast risk, and policy adherence.
  • Be the first line quote approver reviewing submissions for accuracy, pricing, terms, delivery, and contracting.
  • Run the day to day bookings process by reviewing opportunity, contract, purchase order, product, pricing, approval, and close date data against established booking criteria.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to resolve booking and revenue data exceptions, complete required documentation, and maintain accurate reporting.
  • Track dependencies across the booking to revenue lifecycle and coordinate follow up with Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Product, Customer Success, and other process owners.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable processes, system requirements, testing plans, and user enablement.
  • Lead new SKU development and deployment by coordinating product, pricing, marketing, finance, operational requirements, approvals, and launch readiness.
  • Create and coordinate product and price book setup in Salesforce and NetSuite, then validate quoting, booking, reporting, revenue, and manufacturing workflows before release.
  • Use Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI to reconcile data, analyze exceptions, support updates, and produce reliable operational reporting.
  • Document procedures, controls, ownership, decision rules, and escalation paths, then partner with Salesforce administrators and other system owners to reduce manual effort, eliminate recurring failure points, and implement sustainable improvements.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance Operations, Business Operations, or a related commercial operations role.
  • Demonstrated experience independently running recurring processes with fixed deadlines, multiple data sources, and cross functional dependencies.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
  • Experience translating business requirements into defined workflows, documentation, and scalable operating procedures.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and follow through skills, including the ability to coordinate stakeholders who do not report to the role.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and clear communication when handling bookings, revenue, contracts, and other sensitive information.
  • Must be eligible to obtain andmaintaina U.S. Secret security clearance or higher, asrequired.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting a senior sales organization, including forecasting, quoting, and day to day systems support based in Salesforce.
  • Product or SKU lifecycle management, price book administration, product master data, or product launches across multiple systems.
  • Revenue recognition support, billing, order management, or month end and quarter end close processes.
  • Experience in manufacturing, defense, aerospace, government contracting, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience with NetSuite or another ERP, Power BI, Jira, Slack, HubSpot, Boomi, or related business systems.
  • Experience improving controls and reducing manual effort across a growing commercial organization.
Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about regularly throughout the day and lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Must have manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones. Must be physically capable of walking between the office and production areas and attending events or meetings off-site as needed.

Work Environment

This position typically operates in an office setting and manufacturing environment. This role requires use of standard office equipment and will require occasional travel to customer locations or facilities. This position may have exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and nonโ€‘climateโ€‘controlled environments. May require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) depending on the environment. This is a fastโ€‘paced work environment and requires cross departmental collaboration with independent and teamโ€‘based responsibilities.
