ACAI BUILDING CONSTRUCTION Building Construction Operations Manager Company: ACAI Building Construction Location: Auburn, Alabama (occasional out-of-state project travel; no relocation) Employment Type: Full-Time | Exempt Position Summary The Building Construction Operations Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from estimating and procurement through construction execution and project closeout, while providing operational leadership to maximize performance and profitability. This individual manages budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and internal teams while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and drive continued growth.
