Job description

The Packaging Operator is responsible for performing manual and/or basic machine-assisted packaging of finished goods in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures products are packaged accurately, safely, and efficiently while meeting quality standards and production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Package finished products according to company specifications and production schedules
  • Inspect products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies before packaging
  • Label, seal, and prepare items for shipment or storage
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and hygiene standards
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
  • Report any product quality issues or equipment concerns to the supervisor
