Job Summary

Our growing Long Term Care Pharmacy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our growing long-term care pharmacy team. We are looking for candidates who preferably have Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience and familiarity with Framework-LTC software.

The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service to facilities, nurses, caregivers, and patients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Long-Term Care pharmacy experience preferred
  • Experience using FrameworkLTC software preferred
  • Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License
  • Strong data entry and prescription processing skills
  • Experience with cycle fills, refill processing, and medication packaging preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with bubble packs or multi-dose packaging is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Enter and process prescriptions accurately in FrameworkLTC
  • Prepare and fill medications for LTC facilities and group homes
  • Assist pharmacists with daily pharmacy workflow
  • Handle refill requests and communication with facilities and providers
  • Support cycle fill and batch processing operations
  • Maintain medication inventory and pharmacy organization
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and order preparation
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies

Experience:

  • LTC pharmacy: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • PTCB Certification (Required)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)

  • Overnight Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:
