We're looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team in Durham, NC. If you're passionate about manufacturing quality, process improvement, and data-driven problem solving, this is your opportunity to help produce world-class trading card products enjoyed by collectors around the globe.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain quality control plans for printing, finishing, and packaging operations.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes using SPC, statistical methods, and quality metrics to improve performance.
  • Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI), process capability studies, and quality validations.
  • Support internal, customer, and third-party audits while ensuring compliance with ISO and quality management systems.
  • Monitor scrap, rework, yield, and production quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Support new product launches, equipment validations, and capital improvement projects.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Typically requires 3-4 years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing quality.
  • Experience in printing, packaging, or high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, CAPA, Gauge R&R, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Minitab, and other quality analysis software.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification preferred.
