We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as a Senior Business Development Manager for our Amazon Global Store program in South Korea.

The Amazon Global Store Senior Business Development Manager will manage key business inputs of Amazon Global Store and be a key driver of the Global Store engagement with internal Amazon and external teams, including: Global Mile, Cross-Border DEX, Finance, Product, Tech and Exports Marketing. As you are the key Point of Contact across multiple internal & external stakeholder teams, over indexing on Earns Trust, Dive Deep, Bias for Action and Ownership are important for success in this role. Additionally, you will need to flex your influencing and team-building skills for this position, as we work together to develop the more junior members of the team.

This person must have strong self-motivation and project management skills. This position will be key part of the Global Store expansion strategy in South Korea and have responsibilities towards reporting to leadership on key internal initiatives that grow top and bottom line. Having Korean language skill and/or local market knowledge is preferred.

In this role, your key responsibilities will be:
  • -Key internal stakeholder management and influence
  • -P&L ownership and management
  • -Store management, growth and expansion
  • -Manage work streams and projects across geographically disparate teams
Basic Qualifications:
  • - 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
  • - 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  • - Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
  • - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • - Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
