As the Sales Manager you will report to the Director of Sales. Your focus will be onnew equipment sales, for the food processing industry.

On a given day, you may:

  • Create new leads / opportunities by following up with potential new customers in the Food Processing Manufactuing industry.
  • Manage opportunity pipeline
  • Preparation and negotiation of quote until contract closure
  • Define scope, budget, time-linejointly with JBT Marel stakeholders

Requirements for the role

  • Experience in New Equipment sales in food industry, equipment ranging from 2M-3M.
  • Experience in food processing or industrial goods manufacturing, preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g. business) or equivalent work experience,
  • You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Travel & Location

  • You will be fully remote. You travel approximately 25% -50% of the time.

COMPENSATION RANGE:$112,000.00 to $135,000 + 40% variable incentive pay. Compensation is determined on experience and skill.
