With an average employee tenure of nearly 10 years, our team brings deep expertise, strong technical capability, and a consistent commitment to an exceptional place to work.

The Opportunity

You’re someone who’s comfortable with hands-on, physical work and confident using computers as part of your day-to-day tasks. This role is a key part of TFI’s parts and warehouse operations, supporting technicians and customers by accurately processing orders in our systems and ensuring parts are picked, packed, and shipped correctly.

Success in this position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and comfort working with both technology and inventory. You’re reliable, organized, and able to follow processes while adapting to changing priorities. You take pride in doing the job right and understand that your work directly supports the technicians and customers who rely on accurate, timely parts.

If you’re looking for a stable, hands-on role where physical work, computer skills, and teamwork all matter, this is a solid opportunity to grow with TFI.

· Full-time position – 80 hours biweekly.

· A company culture that values ideas, initiatives and personal growth with a strong emphasis on rewarding positive contributors to the overall culture.

· Excellent compensation packages – including Health & Dental benefits, RRSP matching plan, 50% of Goodlife Fitness Reimbursement, and Competitive Wages

· Safety shoes reimbursement after successful completion of the 3-month probationary period (employees are required to provide their own safety shoes upon start)

Position Overview:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping all outbound parts orders to TFI customers and service technicians, including preparing all required documentation. This role also provides general parts support and administrative assistance to Service Technicians. In addition, the Warehouse Associate helps maintain accuracy and organization within the parts department by investigating and resolving inventory variances and completing cycle counts as required.

Key Functions of the Warehouse Associate:

· Generate shipping labels using courier websites (Fed-ex and Purolator)

· Complete credit card payments for COD customers. Ensure payment is authorized prior to shipment.

· Assist walk-in customers at the Pick-Up counter by creating shipments and collecting payment as necessary.

· Create Preventative Maintenance kits by printing packing slips, picking, counting, and sorting parts, packaging into boxes/bags, and labelling finished product. Coordinate with Inventory Control and Purchasing Manager to ensure stock is accurately adjusted

· Investigate inventory discrepancies by performing cycle counts, investigating transfers in the system, communicating with relevant parties, and notifying outcome to Inventory Control and Purchasing Manager for final resolution

· Communicate backorders and stock issues with Shipping & Receiving

· Act as back up for Shipping and Receiving Coordinators

· Participate in TFI’s annual inventory count

· Other duties as required by the Logistics Manager

Requirements:

· Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time required

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· High level of attention to detail, organized, and able to multi-task and establish priorities

· 1+ year working with a Warehouse Management System
