About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you will master the art of packaging while gaining invaluable exposure to our cellar and brewing operations. If you're eager to learn, love craft beer, and aren't afraid of a little heavy lifting, this is your foot in the door to a great brewing career!
What You'll Do
  • Drive Packaging Excellence: Run canning lines, wash/fill kegs, pack finished product, palletize, and prep orders for shipment.
  • Maintain Top Quality: Conduct QC checks, track production records, and keep our packaging equipment spotless.
  • Support the Cellar & Brewhouse: Assist with tank transfers, ingredient additions, dry hopping, and CIP (Clean-in-Place) tank sanitation.
  • Stay Safe & Collaborative: Maintain a pristine, safe workspace and collaborate across brewing, packaging, and warehouse teams to keep production flowing smoothly.
What You Bring
  • The Vibe: A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for craft beer.
  • The Skills: Mechanically inclined, highly detail-oriented, and a true team player.
  • Experience (Bonus Points!): Background in food/beverage manufacturing, a forklift certification, or brewing education is a big plusโ€”but we are ready to train the right person!
  • The Grit: Ability to stand for long shifts, work in hot/cold/wet environment conditions, and safely lift up to 80 lbs (36 kg) (hello, full kegs!).
Why Join Bench Brewing?
We offer an incredible opportunity to learn the entire brewing ecosystem from the ground up, working alongside a passionate team dedicated to making world-class beer.
