Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? Are you interested in joining a stable company with a close-knit team of insurance professionals? We are looking for an Agency Associate to join our South Sioux City office. This position provides the administrative support that helps keep the wheels of our organization turning smoothly.
The primary purpose of this job is to provide office and sales support assistance for Account Representatives and insureds, to respond to insureds requests for information, services, quotes, and permits/authority/licensing, and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Position Hours: In-Office Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Qualified candidates will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A positive attitude and a team player.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  • A minimum of three years of clerical experience.
