It's a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with the aerospace industry and learn valuable skills.
This Metal Production Associate position is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position that offers a pay increase upon permanent hire as well as a full benefits package.
Metal Production Associate Responsibilities:
  • Operate torch cutting equipment to cut and shape titanium and other materials to precise specifications
  • Use a belt grinder to smooth out imperfections on metal parts 
  • Inspect and prepare materials, ensuring proper setup and maintenance of cutting tools and equipment for optimal performance
  • Read and interpret work instructions to determine cutting requirements
Schedule: Day and Swing 
  • Day shift: Monday to Friday, 4am to 12:30pm
  • Swing shift: Monday to Friday, 12:30pm to 8:30pm

Pay: $25.14hr

Metal Production Associate Requirements:
  • 1 year experience in manufacturing, construction, or similar environment 
  • Comfortable wearing PPE including steel-toed boots
  • Ability to lift 50lbs throughout your shift
  • Ability to work in a hot environment
