Job description

We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture.SummaryThis position is responsible for the operation, sanitation, troubleshooting and repair of all packaging equipment from the distribution deck to the track. This position will break, cover vacancies, and train employees in all Packaging Operator positions to ensure that all packaging area equipment and people are able to package products in an efficient manner consistent with customer, quality assurance, and packaging goals and expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain Company standards for safety, quality, food safety, sanitation and GMPs.Provide troubleshooting, repair and support on the equipment, instrumentation systems and supporting equipment including most mechanical, some electrical and some electronic aspects.Operate and monitor equipment within the assigned area.Observe and listen to operating machines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions and to determine need for adjustments or repairs.
