Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to support the daily logistics and warehouse activities of Express Courier Services. This role is critical to maintaining efficient cargo handling, inventory control, shipment preparation, and operational flow inside the warehouse.

The ideal candidate is dependable, physically active, comfortable using technology, and capable of working in a fast-paced logistics environment with accuracy and urgency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, classify, and process incoming packages and cargo shipments.
  • Pack, repack, label, and prepare shipments for international and domestic dispatch.
  • Organize and store merchandise efficiently and safely within the warehouse.
  • Verify shipment contents against invoices, manifests, and system records.
  • Operate warehouse systems and scanners to register incoming and outgoing cargo.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization standards.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks and cargo containers.
  • Identify damaged, missing, or non-compliant shipments and escalate issues promptly.
