PACKAGE DELIVERY DRIVER
$850–$1,100 per week | Weekly Pay | Package Incentives
Integrity Delivered is an independent service provider contracted to provide package pickup and delivery services for FedEx. Drivers are employed directly by Integrity Delivered, not FedEx Corporation.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for dependable, safety-focused Package Delivery Drivers to operate established residential and business delivery routes.
Drivers are assigned a route and work area and are responsible for completing the route’s deliveries, scheduled pickups, and service requirements. Weekly earnings generally range from $850 to approximately $1,100, depending on the assigned route and package incentives earned.
With more than seven years of logistics experience, we offer a positive working environment built around safety, accountability, teamwork, and respect for the driver experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Safely operate larger commercial delivery vehicles, including step vans.
  • Load, organize, and deliver packages to homes and businesses.
  • Complete scheduled customer pickups.
  • Use company-provided routing and delivery technology.
  • Follow required delivery, scanning, safety, and customer-service procedures.
  • Take ownership of completing the assigned route safely and accurately.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must:
  • Be able to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing more than 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Be comfortable repeatedly entering and exiting a delivery vehicle, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and meet applicable driving-history requirements.
  • Be willing and able to safely operate larger commercial delivery vehicles.
  • Successfully complete a background check and motor-vehicle-record review.
  • Successfully complete a pre-employment drug test.
  • Successfully complete and maintain the required DOT physical and medical certification.
  • Complete required defensive-driving training, vehicle training, and road testing.
  • Demonstrate dependable attendance, safe work habits, accountability, and professional customer service.
