Job description

Join our team as a FedEx Delivery Driver and become the vital link between our company and our valued customers. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely delivering packages to homes and businesses, ensuring timely and accurate service. This position offers the opportunity to combine driving skills with exceptional customer service, all while working in a fast-paced, environment.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate delivery vehicles (Step Vans), adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Use Route Planning app to efficient route your deliveries to maximize productivity and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Organize all packages on the truck each morning to ensure they are in the correct location before dispatching.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Accurately scan and code deliveries and pickups during routes.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy packages frequently, often requiring heavy lifting and moving skills. Packages can be up to 150 lbs.
  • Self Motivated-this is a very independent job.
  • Saturday availability required.
