Join a well-established FedEx contractor based at the Keasbey, New Jersey Terminal as a Package & Delivery Assistant Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that package pickups and deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. You will also provide support by covering delivery routes across multiple terminals when needed, helping to maintain smooth operations and exceptional service for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Safely pick up and deliver packages within assigned service areas, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
  • Utilize GPS and route-planning tools to optimize delivery efficiency and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Deliver courteous and professional service to customers, supporting a positive customer experience.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve service concerns calmly and effectively, prioritizing safety and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and adapt to last-minute changes, including urgent air or express package deliveries.
  • Provide route coverage across multiple terminals as needed, including in cases of driver absences.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Basic delivery experience preferred.
  • Able to complete a DOT physical or hold a Medical Certificate Card and pass drug screening, including random testing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
