Come join us as an Package Delivery Helper at ButterDrive Logistics a top Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based out of Trumbull CT 06611 earning $18 per hour!

Our team of energetic, motivated, and dedicated Delivery Drivers. We are hiring quickly and we are the top choice for candidates in Fairfield & New Haven Counties.


What You’ll Do:

As a Package Delivery Helper, you will ride along side an experienced Step Van Driver to deliver packages safely, on-time and with great customer service to customers in the neighborhoods we serve.

  • Together with a Driver, you will deliver as much as 400+ packages per day with 200+ stops per shift.
  • Helpers typically work 4-5 Days per week. Up to 8-10 hours per day.
  • Flexible shifts available including Fulltime, Part-time, Weekend-Only!
  • Package Delivery Experience desirable, but not required. (Paid Training available)
  • Future opportunity to later become a Driver of a Sprinter Van or a Step Van.
  • Company Vehicle Provided! This is a Non CDL Driver Position!

What You’ll Need:

  • Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving history
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation for the duration of a 10-hour work shift.
  • Must be available to work for the full 10hr shift including weekends and holidays.


Additional Requirements:

  • Follow instructions of the Step Van Driver during the route.
  • Safely driving company vehicle and obey local and state driving laws and road regulations.
  • Must be flexible with work schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Must have knowledge of and comply with state driving laws
  • Must be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly as job demands
  • Ability to stand, walk, drive, lift and carry heavy items, load and unload vehicles all day and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
  • Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
  • Ability to function calmly and efficiently in high-pressure, multi-tasking environment
  • Maintain good work habits, including reporting to work on time and adhering to standard work and safety procedures
