TRC Talent Solution is looking for Packaging Operator for our client in Camp Creek, GA
Summary:
As a Packaging Operator, you will support production lines by operating automated machines and handling material flow in a temperature- and cleanliness-controlled environment.
Job Details:
  • Hours: 6am-2:00pm M-F

  • Pay: $17

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prep (fold) boxes that will be used on the production line.

  • Monitor the packaging machine to ensure the items being placed in boxes are being placed properly.

  • Ensure the weight of the items placed into boxes and the box itself matches the weight on the chart provided by the client.

  • Package, label, and stage finished goods per standard procedures.

  • Maintain accurate production records, including material and yield details.

  • Conduct visual quality checks to identify defects or inconsistencies.

  • Report issues regarding equipment, materials, or production to supervisors or technicians promptly.

  • Assist coworkers during breaks for continuous machine operation.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at your workstation throughout and at the end of each shift.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and work under minimal supervision.

  • Ability to lift and carry 1050lbs (reels and totes) and push/pull up to 25lbs (carts, pallets).

  • Capability to stand, walk, bend, grasp, and manipulate items as needed.

  • Previous manufacturing or packaging environment experience.

  • Exposure to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) protocols, especially in a meddevice or regulated environment.
