Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers on the assigned shift or production line.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet daily targets.
  • Ensure adherence to company safety standards and OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct start-of-shift meetings and provide work instructions to the team.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records; report key metrics.
  • Train new employees and evaluate the performance of production staff.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance or engineering teams when needed.
  • Promote a clean, organized, and efficient work environment (5S principles).
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, etc.).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 -$100,000, plus eligibility for 15% bonus and benefits.
