DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- CLEAN ALL DISHES, GLASSES, SERVICE UTENSILS AND EQUIPMENT AS NEEDED.

- USING CART RETURN ALL DISHES TO THE LINE IN TIMELY FASHION.

- KEEP DISH AREA CLEAN AND ORGANIZED AT ALL TIMES.

- TAKE OUT TRASH AND BOXES THROUGHOUT SHIFT AS NEEDED. BREAK DOWN ALL BOXES.

- INFORM MANAGEMENT OF ANY DISH NEEDS. (i.e. NEEDED ITEMS, BROKEN EQUIPMENT ETC)

AM SPECIFIC DUITES/RESPONSIBILITIES

*MAKE SURE CHEMICALS ARE AT THE CORRECT LEVEL USING DISHMACHINE STRIPS*

- SET UP DISH AREA WITH EMPTY GLASS RACKS, PRE-SOAK CONTAINERS 

- IF DISH AREA IS CLEAR FIND SOMETHING TO DEEP CLEAN OR ASSIST WITH PREP IF NEEDED.

- COMPLETE DAILY/WEEKLY CLEANING AND MAITANENCE. REFERENCE CLEANING AND MAITANENCE SCHEDULE IF NEEDED.

PM SPECIFIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

*MAKE SURE CHEMICALS ARE AT CORRECT LEVELS USING DISHMACHINE STRIPS*

- CLEAN AND ORGANIZE ENTIRE DISH AREA, ASSIST WITH LINE CLEANING AS NEEDED.

- TAKE OUT ALL TRASH AND BOXES AT END OF SHIFT. BREAK DOWN ALL BOXES.

- COMPLETE ALL DISHES AND CLEAR ALL SINKS. NOTHING LEFT OVERNIGHT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SOAKING GRILL OR SAUTE GRATES.

- COMPLETE DAILY/WEEKLY CLEANING AND MAITANENCE. REFERENCE CLEANING AND MAITANENCE SCHEDULE IF NEEDED.

- SWEEP AND MOP ENTIRE BACK ROOM AND WALK-IN.

- CLEAN OUT ALL KITCHEN DRAINS

PRE-RESQUISITES: Must have a current AZ food handlers card and slip resistant shoes
