Job description

Job Duties

  • Review program documentation using Government guidelines and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Establish and maintain knowledgemanagement best practices utilizing a common workspace (Microsoft Teams and SharePoint) to simplify document retrieval, correlation, and analysis
  • Use Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) to pull reports and provide realtime data regarding Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), and related transactions
  • Analyze and identify the source of complex Navy ERP propertyrelated transactional errors to provide detailed direction and remediation for end users
  • Ensure automation workflows align with existing Navy ERP transactional workflows for Property teams
  • Support automation requirements generation, project planning, and technical execution for logistics technology stacks deployed by NIWC PAC, including mobile and web applications
  • Identify methods to collect, analyze, and manage data to improve data quality and system efficiency
  • Investigate and identify the source of complex errors to assist in program recovery
  • Support the team's Spot Check program, including data collection, scheduling, and reporting
  • Maintain APO Teams channels used for monthly meetings and inventorymanagement updates
  • Foster collaborative business relationships with government clients and team members
  • Manage execution of RPA bots supporting property transactions, including remediation and stakeholder engagement
  • Generate and reconcile weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports, as well as inventorynotsighted reports when requested
  • Develop and maintain written operating procedures for clientdesignated processes
  • Periodically review current procedures, processes, and database content, and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Track and file various forms submitted by personnel unable to locate their property
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Ability to conduct research, organize and review information, identify discrepancies, follow established processes, and communicate matters requiring additional review
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear status updates, reports, meeting documentation, and briefing materials
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all clearance, credentials, and system access required by the contract

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of material management, asset management, or DoD financial accounting experience
  • Experience with Navy ERP or other DoD property systems
  • Experience executing logistics transactions such as goods receipt, goods acceptance, and goods issue
  • Experience performing data analysis and reconciliations of logistics or accounting business events, including recommending corrective actions to reduce failing processes
  • Experience supporting auditreadiness activities such as spot checks, Existence (Book to Floor) and Completeness (Floor to Book) testing, sampling data, or testing data

Salary: $65,000+ dependent on education and experience
