We are looking for an experienced Licensed P1 Plumber to join our team supporting our Wilmington branch..

This is a full-time position with stable, year-round work, company-provided vehicle, and the opportunity to work with a professional team focused on high-quality installations and customer service.

Position Overview

In this role, you will support our installation and sales teams by completing plumbing work related to residential bath and shower installations and remodel projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Installing valves, diverters, drains, and plumbing fixtures
  • Re-routing water and drain lines
  • Completing plumbing connections for tub and shower installations
  • Repairing or replacing existing plumbing components
  • Pulling permits and handling inspections as needed
  • Providing technical support and guidance to installers and management
  • Maintaining safe and professional work practices at all job sites

Qualifications

  • Active North Carolina P1 Plumbing License required
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Strong plumbing knowledge in residential applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage job responsibilities professionally
  • Experience with remodel, service, or installation plumbing preferred
