Board-certified plastic surgeon sought for growth and succession planning. 80% insurance-based reconstruction and 20% cosmetics case mix. Surgeries performed at a local ASC and local hospital. Fully staffed practice with practice manager, front desk coordinator, and PA. National patient catchment driven by strong reputation and marketing program. Sole surgeon role with significant growth potential. Minimum 3 years of post-training experience required; Texas license preferred. Employed position with immediate hire opportunity.
