Job description

Pay: $21.63–$26.78 per hour based on performance and progression

Ox Industries is seeking experienced Machine Winder Operators to manufacture industrial paper tubes and cores at our Fort Worth facility. This role involves setting up and operating winding equipment, monitoring product quality, completing production documentation, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Qualified candidates should have experience operating winding or similar manufacturing machinery, strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and reliable attendance.

This is an active manufacturing role requiring standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, with heavier materials moved with assistance.
