Job description

Position Summary...The Manager, Digital Media- Walmart Creator Partnerships will lead end‑to‑end execution of marketing and brand campaigns within Walmart Creator, owning the operational engine that turns campaign strategy into disciplined, high‑quality execution. This role oversees the full campaign lifecycle from strategy and creator selection through content delivery, approvals, payouts, and performance analysis ensuring campaigns launch on time, align with brand goals, and drive measurable business impact. This role will combine best‑in‑class campaign execution with marketing strategies that scale creator adoption and performance.
This is not a siloed role. Success requires deep collaboration across Walmart Creator Growth, Walmart Connect, Walmart Marketplace, Legal, other cross functional partners and external creators. The ideal candidate combines strong influencer campaign & marketing fundamentals with exceptional organization, executional rigor, creative fluency, and an ability to manage complex, fast‑moving workflows at scale.What you'll do...
Own campaign execution from kickoff to closeout, including briefing, timelines, creator casting, activation, approvals, and launch readiness. 
Translate campaign objectives into clear briefs, creative guidelines, and execution plans that enable creators to deliver authentic, on-brand content. 
Serve as the single execution owner responsible for keeping campaigns moving, stakeholders aligned, and deliverables on track. 
Manage multiple concurrent campaigns across platforms without sacrificing quality, speed, or attention to detail. 
Leverage campaign insights to inform broader commercialization strategy, optimizing adoption, conversion, and GMV impact across the creator ecosystem. 
Champion a test-and-learn mindset, translating data into actionable recommendations that improve performance over time. 
 
Campaign Lifecycle Ownership  
Identify, vet, onboard, and manage creators participating in campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand standards. 
Act as the primary point of contact for creators maintaining productive relationships, resolving issues, and keeping creators engaged throughout the campaign lifecycle. 
Coordinate creator tasks and deliverables, reviewing submissions and routing approvals to ensure content adheres to guidelines prior to submission. 
Maintain a high bar for creator experience through clear communication, proactive support, and consistent follow-through. 
  
Operational Excellence 
Support creator rate scopes of work in partnership with internal stakeholders, balancing creator value with campaign objectives. 
Coordinate closely with Legal and Finance to ensure contracts, documentation, and payout workflows are accurate and compliant. 
Ensure campaigns maintain clean trackers, timelines, and operational handoffs.  
Proactively troubleshoot payment, contract, or execution issues tied to live and completed campaigns. 
  
Leadership Profile  
  • Execution first operator with proven experience planning and running influencer or creator campaigns end to end. 
  • Growth-oriented mindset with experience using performance data to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and scale impact. 
  • Highly collaborative and cross-functional — able to influence across disciplines and align diverse stakeholders.  
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical rigor.  
  • Experience with affiliate marketing, performance-based partnerships, or social commerce monetization models is a strong plus.  
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in fast‑paced environments. 
  • Strong relationship builder with confidence, communicating directly with creators and negotiating deliverables and expectations. 
  • Socially fluent with a deep understanding of creator platforms, content formats, and evolving social trends. 
  • Analytical and data driven, comfortable using performance insights to improve creative effectiveness and ROI. 
  • Thrives in high growth, cross‑functional environments that require ownership, adaptability, and relentless follow‑through.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
