WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Employee will need to take a test to be a M2, they will also be elevated.
  • Follows all established safety procedures. Reports unsafe conditions or behaviors to supervisors.
  • Operates within standard operating procedures (SOPs), Quality Policy, Environmental Management System (EMS) and customer requirements.
  • Installs facility machinery. Turns off and locks out equipment when not in use.
  • Performs preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery.
  • Perform more advanced or specialized maintenance assignments.
  • Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
  • Communicate and work well with operators and supervisory personnel about equipment status.
  • Maintain and secure work area.
  • Required to troubleshoot PLC's; hydraulics, pneumatic, electrical systems
  • Other duties as assigned and follow all other company policies and procedures not named above.

SUBJECTIVE:

Proficiency: Ability and level to which tasks are performed including all tasks listed in the job description and/or assigned by the supervisor of the objective criteria. Including timely, accurate completion of tasks, logic and reasoning expected while performing assignments, along with the ability and competency with which decisions are made in regard to those duties.

Personal Qualities: cleanliness (housekeeping and neatness of work), initiative, attitude, coexist and cooperate with others, creativity, involvement in teams activities, ability to accept change, pride in the job and work place, personal hygiene, effective communication, competency with decision making, and open-mindedness to new ideas and possibilities.

Learned Skills: indicate awareness for safety and quality, ability to track down and retain proper information to answer questions and make decisions, ability to retain information, work place awareness, judgment, and wise use of time. Must have valid forklift license or be able to certify for a license.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Be at least 18 years of age
  2. Must possess High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
  3. Must be able to do the following: electrical/hydraulic schematics, mechanical prints, read ladder logic.
  4. Requires a minimum of five years related professional experience.
  5. Ability to read and write English
  6. Basic Math Skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing)

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Mechanical Aptitude
  2. Experience working without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment
  3. Good Communication Skills

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS:

  1. Vision correctable to 20x20 in both eyes
  2. Ability to lift, push, and pull up a minimum of 50lbs
  3. Temperatures vary with the seasons; may be subject to high heat and humidity in summer.
