Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and network programmability. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated workflows for network infrastructure using tools such as Nautobot, Ansible, and related technologies.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, streamline network operations, and deliver scalable automation solutions aligned with organizational standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for network environments.
  • Develop and maintain automated network workflows using Nautobot, Ansible, and related automation tools.
  • Partner with Network Engineering and DevOps teams to modernize and streamline infrastructure operations.
  • Build scalable, reliable, and secure automation frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize automation processes for performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, compliance, and security policies.
  • Support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices within network infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development.
  • Solid background in DevOps practices and automation frameworks.
  • Proven experience in Network Engineering concepts and enterprise network environments.
  • Expertise with network automation tools such as Nautobot, Ansible, and similar technologies.
  • Experience with scripting and automation (Python preferred).

Education & Experience:
