Job description

Customer Service Associate - With Japanese Language Proficiency

Location: West Hollywood, California

We are a rapidly growing company in the luxury resale industry, expanding into the U.S. market. We are seeking Customer Service Associates who are passionate about luxury brands and eager to develop expertise in product appraisal. No prior experience required. Candidates with a strong interest in luxury brands and the resale market are welcome to apply! Key responsibilities include:

  • Buy and sell luxury goods (e.g., designer bags, watches, accessories) in-store
  • Conduct product authenticity checks and pricing assessments
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Maintain store presentation and inventory management
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Training Program (Overseas Training Opportunity)

  • Upon joining, employees will participate in a 3-month overseas training program (approximately from July to September 2026) in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, or Malaysia)
  • Monthly salary will be provided during the training period
  • Full housing support will be covered by the company
  • Visa support will be provided for the duration of the training

Training Details

  • Develop knowledge of luxury brands and resale market
  • Gain hands-on experience in both office and retail store environments
  • Learn product evaluation techniques, including identifying materials, craftsmanship, and authenticity (e.g., tools used, leather characteristics, and distinguishing counterfeit items)

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in luxury brands and resale market
  • Native-level English proficiency
  • Basic Japanese communication skills are preferred

Compensation & Career Growth

  • Starting salary: $4,000/month, with a salary review and increase within the first year
