Job description

We’re looking for a few motivated people who want to get into the MCA and business funding industry and learn how to build a real book of business.

No prior finance experience is required. We’re willing to train the right person from the ground up.

You’ll learn how to:

• Speak with business owners and qualify their funding needs
• Review and understand business funding applications
• Match merchants with the right funding options
• Structure deals and present offers
• Follow up with prospects and close deals
• Build long-term relationships with business owners

What We Provide

• Hands-on training and one-on-one guidance

• An ISO agreement so you can operate as an independent broker
• Competitive commission structure on funded deals
• No cap on your earning potential

Commission is based on the deals you close and can range from 8–12 points, depending on the file. For example, a $100,000 deal at 12 points would generate a $12,000 commission.

This is a commission-based opportunity, so your income is directly tied to the business you generate and deals you close.
