  • Start up, troubleshoot, and operate equipment for customers, while teaching their team how to use it effectively
  • Use basic knowledge of electrical systems to help operate equipment and troubleshoot any issues
  • Work with our regional service teams to share knowledge and provide guidance on equipment changes, chemical feeds, and system operations
  • Travel to client locations to provide hands-on assistance with installing, setting up, and training others on our equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Work with other teams to suggest improvements in our equipment based on feedback from customer visits
  • Keep detailed records of service activities, including what was fixed and any recommendations for future improvements, and share these with management
  • Support other technicians with technical or customer service needs and assist with training when needed
  • Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to manage parts and supplies
  • Infrequently transport small amounts of water treatment chemicals (about 5 gallons) to customer sites
  • Adhere to and support all safety policies and guidelines
