Overnight WAH RNs often face challenges such as managing fatigue, staying alert during long night shifts, and balancing work-life responsibilities due to unconventional hours. The role allows nurses to use their clinical skills in a non-traditional setting, offering flexibility and the opportunity to help patients outside regular office hours.
