Job description

EmergencyMD is looking for a Regional Vice President (RVP) of Operations to manage day-to-day operations in the Boston region. This leadership role involves engaging with hospital executives, driving P&L growth, and fostering a high-performance team culture.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree and at least 10 years of operational leadership experience in healthcare, ideally with a background in financial services or consulting.
