Job Description

These nurses will be responsible for reaching out to patients over the phone, conducting an assessments with them, creating a care plan for each patient and documenting their notes. They are working a very large backlog of patients that needs to be attended to asap!ย 

Qualifications

RN license in the state of NV

2 years of experience would suffice for this position

Must have strong computer skills (they will stress this on the interview)

Experience creating care plans for patients

Strong assessment skills


Additional Information

Hours for this Position:

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (They really want nurses who can work OT because they are working on a huge backlog of patients)
