Job Duties:
This position reports to the Wynne Unit Tire Shop on a daily basis. Duties include direct supervision of inmate workers in a fastpaced mechanical/tire shop. Daytoday functions include light repairs of the agency's heavy duty fleet and equipment, including tire changes, inspections and preventative maintenance. In addition, providing wrecker services in and around Huntsville, Texas and surrounding areas.
You'd be a GOOD fit if:
You have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) and at least two years of experience in vehicle maintenance or repair, heavy¿equipment repair, metal forming or fabricating, or automotive parts sales.
You'd be a GREAT fit if:
You have a Passenger ¿P¿ endorsement, bring wrecker experience, and are committed to supporting and accomplishing the facility's mission.
