Position Summary

The Sous Chef, employed by 50 Eggs Hospitality Group, is a key kitchen leader responsible for supporting daily culinary operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role requires a disciplined leader who can execute consistently, follow standardized recipes, manage teams during service, and uphold company standards for food quality, safety, and efficiency.

Operational Readiness & Efficiency
