In this role, you will lead software projects across multidisciplinary teams, translating customer needs into project requirements and managing detailed work plans to ensure progress toward innovation goals.

• Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Demonstrated leadership capability and a collaborative team approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing and presentation abilities
• Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, in a professional office environment
• Ability to travel locally during the business day, with some out-of-area and overnight travel as needed
• Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends as job duties require
Preferred:
• Experience with safety-critical and embedded software development
• Software acceleration experience (e.g., multi-core programming, SIMD, CUDA implementation)
• Japanese language ability
