Slate is a commercial cleaning company delivering tech-enabled, quality-controlled janitorial services to business clients nationwide, with a focus on boutique fitness studios. We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Studio Cleaner & Lead to join our Alpharetta and Norcross, GA team.
This role is essential to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for our studio clients. Working overnight, you will ensure each location is spotless and ready for the next day's operations. As Lead, you will also oversee supply management and team logistics.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Deep cleaning boutique fitness studio spaces overnight, including equipment, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail areas
  • Taking before-and-after photos at each location and uploading them via mobile app
  • Following a detailed bilingual cleaning checklist to ensure consistent quality
  • Clocking in and out at each stop using a smartphone app
  • Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and placing restocking orders (Lead)
  • Coordinating cleaner attendance and arranging same-night replacement coverage as needed (Lead)

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to work overnight shifts independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in using a smartphone to clock in/out and take/upload before-and-after photos
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or bend for extended periods during cleaning shifts
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable personal vehicle for driving between job locations
  • Consistent availability for overnight shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights, starting at 11:00 PM and 12:15 AM
