Stratton Amenities is hiring a Concierge/Security for a luxury residential high-rise. This overnight role combines front desk presence with active security and patrol responsibilities to maintain a safe, orderly, and professional environment for residents.
This position is best suited for candidates with security, patrol, military, or law enforcement experience who can operate independently overnight while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.
Schedule
  • Weekends and holidays required
  • Full-time and part-time available
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary overnight point of contact for the community
  • Conduct routine patrols of the property, amenities, and common areas
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and building access points
  • Respond to noise complaints, access issues, and disturbances
  • Enforce community policies consistently and professionally
  • De-escalate situations and escalate incidents per protocol
  • Complete accurate incident reports and overnight logs
  • Maintain a visible security presence overnight
  • Assist residents with reasonable overnight requests
  • Keep the front desk, lobby, and common areas clean and orderly
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in security, patrol, law enforcement, military, or overnight operations
  • Strong situational awareness and sound judgment
  • Calm, reliable, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently overnight
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
