Basic Function
Clementon Park & Splash World is seeking a dependable, experienced Security Supervisor to support our overnight and daytime security operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who is committed to safety, professionalism, and protecting both guests and property.
Specific Responsibilities
• Supervise and support the security team during all scheduled shifts
• Conduct routine patrols of park grounds, buildings, and restricted areas
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive locations to maintain a secure environment
• Coordinate incident responses, write reports, and document all security activity
• Train, coach, and evaluate security officers
• Ensure compliance with all safety and emergency procedures
• Serve as the primary contact for overnight operations or shift-specific coverage
• Communicate effectively with management, law enforcement, and other departments
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Prior security or law enforcement experience preferred
• Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain alert and professional during long shifts
• Comfortable working overnight, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to walk, stand, and patrol large outdoor areas for extended periods
